QWiki Toolkit 的原则是：数据默认留在你的设备上；只有当你明确发起 AI 请求或分享操作时，相关内容才会发送给你选择和配置的服务。

1. 适用范围
本政策适用于 QWiki Toolkit Windows 桌面应用及 qwiki.cn 官方网站。第三方 AI 服务、模型提供商和分享渠道受其各自隐私政策约束。
2. 本地保存的数据
应用可在你的 Windows 用户目录中保存配置、模型连接信息、API Key、提示词、历史记录、截图或导出文件。QWiki 不会把这些本地数据自动上传到 QWiki 自有服务器，也不会在安装、更新或卸载时主动删除你的用户数据。
当前本地配置文件不是密码保险箱。请只在你信任的 Windows 账户和设备上保存 API Key，不要共享配置文件、日志、截图或包含凭据的备份。
3. 何时会向外部服务发送内容
- AI 请求：当你主动提问时，所选文字、提示词、截图及你选择启用的上下文会发送给你配置的 AI 服务。
- 分享操作：只有当你主动执行分享时，准备分享的内容才会发送给你配置的 MCP Endpoint、知识库或其他目标。
- 网络信息：请求过程中，相关服务可能接收到正常联网所需的 IP 地址、时间和技术元数据。
请不要向 AI 服务或分享渠道提交你无权处理的内容、密码、API Key、身份凭证、商业秘密或不必要的敏感个人信息。
4. QWiki 不做什么
- 当前版本不要求注册 QWiki 账号。
- 不出售、出租用户数据，不基于应用内容投放广告。
- 不在未经用户操作的情况下公开提示词、历史记录或分享目标。
- 不把用户的个人提示词包作为官方发行包的一部分。
5. 官网数据
qwiki.cn 当前不提供账号系统，也不使用网站表单收集应用内容。为保障网站运行与安全，托管服务可能处理有限的访问日志，例如 IP 地址、请求时间、页面路径、浏览器类型和错误信息。我们承诺仅为安全、故障排查和必要运营使用，并尽量缩短保存期限。网站未来若增加统计、反馈或账号功能，将在启用前更新本政策并提供必要告知。
6. 你的选择和控制
你可以停止使用或移除模型与分享渠道配置，清理本地历史、截图和配置，并在第三方服务中行使该服务提供的访问、更正或删除权利。卸载 QWiki 不会默认删除用户数据，以避免造成不可逆损失；如需彻底清理，请先备份重要内容，再删除相应用户数据目录。
7. 安全、未成年人和政策更新
我们采用最小发行内容、敏感文件排除和人工发布审核等措施降低风险，但任何软件或网络传输都不能保证绝对安全。QWiki 不是专门面向儿童设计的服务；未成年人应在监护人指导下使用 AI 服务。重大变更会在本页面更新生效日期，必要时在官网或版本说明中提示。
8. 联系方式
隐私问题、数据安全报告或删除指导请求，请通过 qwiki.cn 官方问题与反馈入口联系。正式联系渠道开放前，请勿向非官方地址发送 API Key、配置、日志、截图或其他敏感数据。

1. Scope
This policy applies to the QWiki Toolkit Windows desktop application and the official qwiki.cn website. Third-party AI providers, model services, and sharing destinations are governed by their own privacy policies.
2. Data stored locally
The app may store settings, model connection details, API keys, prompts, history, screenshots, and exported files in your Windows user directories. QWiki does not automatically upload this local data to QWiki-operated servers, and installation, updates, or uninstallation do not intentionally delete your user data.
The local configuration file is not a password vault. Store API keys only on Windows accounts and devices you trust. Do not share configuration files, logs, screenshots, or backups containing credentials.
3. When content leaves your device
- AI requests: When you initiate a request, selected text, prompts, screenshots, and any context you enable are sent to the AI service you configured.
- Sharing: Content is sent to a configured MCP endpoint, knowledge base, or other destination only when you initiate a sharing action.
- Network metadata: Those services may receive IP addresses, timestamps, and technical metadata required for normal network communication.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, authentication credentials, trade secrets, unnecessary sensitive personal data, or content you are not authorized to process.
4. What QWiki does not do
- The current version does not require a QWiki account.
- We do not sell or rent user data or use app content for advertising.
- We do not publish prompts, history, or sharing destinations without a user action.
- Personal prompt packs are not included in the official distribution package.
5. Website data
qwiki.cn currently has no account system and no web form that collects app content. Hosting providers may process limited access logs, such as IP address, request time, page path, browser type, and error information, for security and reliable operation. We commit to using such logs only for security, troubleshooting, and necessary operations, with minimized retention. This policy will be updated before analytics, feedback, or account features are enabled.
6. Your choices and controls
You can stop using or remove model and sharing configurations and clear local history, screenshots, and settings. Rights concerning data processed by a third-party provider must also be exercised with that provider. QWiki does not remove user data by default during uninstallation to prevent irreversible loss. Back up important information before manually deleting user-data directories.
7. Security, children, and changes
We use measures such as minimal package contents, sensitive-file exclusions, and human release review, but no software or transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure. QWiki is not specifically directed to children; minors should use AI services with guidance from a parent or guardian. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above and, when appropriate, announced on the website or in release notes.
8. Contact
For privacy questions, security reports, or deletion guidance, use the official QWiki feedback entry. Until a formal contact channel is available, do not send API keys, configurations, logs, screenshots, or sensitive data to unofficial addresses.
